Our goal at Steve West Homes, LLC, is to build the very best quality home possible at an affordable cost to the buyer, with the least possible stress during the building process.  We realize that purchasing a home is a very large endeavor and most likely the largest single purchase in your lifetime.

What We Do

Beginning with the slab, and carrying right on through completion, planning, engineering, and design are incorporated to build in strength, durability, and efficiency.  Just a couple of examples are: We use post-tension slabs that are engineered for each home for each lot; as opposed to a rebar slab that may be generic;  All cabinets are custom built for each home to make the best use of available space for that floor plan.

We are currently working on our fifth section of our subdivision, Indian Wells.  Indian Wells is located on Oldham Lane, three miles south of Industrial Boulevard, just south of Vaquero Ranch.
